Sis. Cubie'S Famous Butter Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. milk
    cinnamon to taste
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix shortening, flour and 1/2 cup milk together.
    Take dough mixture as you would biscuit dough and roll out.
    Separate dough to make 5 saucer size pancakes.
    In each pancake, cut up 1/4 stick butter.
    Sprinkle heavy with sugar and lightly sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Roll up and place in a casserole dish.
    Take remaining butter and cut up over top of your 5 rolls and pour 1 cup of milk over the top of this and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    When butter roll is done,
    if it appears dry, pour 1/2 cup more milk over top and place in oven on warm for 5 minutes.
