Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked rice, drain excess water
2 to 3 c. cooked chicken, chopped and separated
1/3 c. each chopped onion, bell pepper and celery
8 oz. can water chestnuts, chopped
8 oz. can cream of chicken soup
3 to 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 small pkg. slivered almonds
Preparation

Mix well all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and add the cream of chicken soup and mayonnaise last.
You may want to add a little margarine for emulsion and season to taste.
