Hamburger Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    salt
    pepper
    1 egg
Preparation
    To ground beef, add the onion, cracker crumbs and egg; mix together.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Make into 4 burgers. Cook until done.
    Make gravy and add burgers to gravy.
    Simmer about 30 minutes.
