Ham Pinwheels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. ground ham
1 small can peas, drained
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 c. Bisquick
Preparation

Mix Bisquick according to directions on box for rolled biscuits.
Roll into rectangle, approximately 1/4-inch thick. Spread with mixture of combined ham, peas and egg.
Roll as for jelly roll.
Cut in 1-inch circles and place slices on greased cookie pan.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve with your favorite hot cheese sauce. Makes approximately 8 to 10 slices.
