16 oz. mascarapone cheese
2 (3 oz.) pkg. ladyfingers
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. coffee liquor
2 tsp. Espresso powder
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. heavy cream
grated semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation

Line a 2 1/2-quart trifle bowl with 1 package of ladyfingers that have been brushed with 1/3 cup coffee liquor, 2 teaspoons Espresso powder, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 1 teaspoon water.
