Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes, cooked and diced
    1 small onion, minced
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
