Sauerkraut Bits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained and chopped
    1 lb. pork sausage
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Partially cook meat and drain excess fat.
    Add remaining ingredients and shape into small balls (1 inch).
    Refrigerate. Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    May be frozen and reheated.
