Pot Roast Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 sirloin tip roast, sprinkled with garlic powder
6 potatoes, halved
6 onions, halved
3 small carrots (1 1/2-inch strips)
2 cans beef gravy
1/2 green pepper, cut in strips
1 can mushrooms stems and pieces
1 stalk celery, cut in pieces
Preparation

Cook roast in pressure cooker or boil, retaining one cup liquid until very tender.
Remove from pot.
Add potatoes, onions, celery, green peppers, mushrooms and gravy.
Cook until vegetables are tender.
Put roast back in pot and simmer until hot.
Serves 8 to 10.
