1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation

Let butter stand at room temperature until soft.
Preheat oven to slow 350\u00b0 for shiny metal or 325\u00b0 for dark metal sheet.
