Frozen Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium heads cabbage
    4 carrots
    2 sweet peppers
    2 Tbsp. salt
    4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
    2 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Shred cabbage, peppers and carrots.
    Add salt.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours, then drain off water.
    Boil the sugar, vinegar, water, mustard seed and celery seed.
    Let cool and pour over slaw. Put in plastic container and freeze.
