Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. oil
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. pineapple, crushed and drained
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. pecans
Preparation
-
Put all ingredients in large bowl and mix with spoon.
Do not use mixer.
Grease and flour pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
