Beef Fiesta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/4 c. dried onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 small can tomatoes
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 beef bouillon cube in 1 1/4 c. hot water
    1/2 c. thin strips of green bell pepper
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil, then drain.
    Add onion, salt, chili powder, pepper, tomatoes, corn and broth.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and add pepper strips.
    Simmer a few minutes, then add rice. Remove from heat and cover.
    Let mixture stand for 3 minutes. Then fluff with fork and it's ready to serve.
