Tossed Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 1/2 oz. or 7 oz.) cans tuna
    1 clove garlic
    2 c. chopped raw spinach
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 c. bean sprouts, drained
    1/2 c. chopped cucumber
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. French dressing
    tomato wedges
Preparation
    Drain tuna.
    Break into large pieces.
    Rub the inside of a salad bowl with the cut surface of a clove of garlic.
    Combine all ingredients except tomatoes.
    Toss lightly.
    Garnish with tomato wedges.
    Yields 6 servings.
