Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. chopped green onion tops
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in salted water.
    Drain, peel and cube potatoes. Combine potatoes and all ingredients except cheese.
    Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.
