Cheesy Bacon Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sliced bacon, chopped
    4 1/2 cup milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 cups quick cooking grits
    1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Fry bacon just until crispy. Drain. In medium saucepan, combine milk, salt, cayenne and butter. Bring to a boil. Add grits and reduce heat to medium. Stir for 30 seconds, then add cheese and stir until melted. Cook, covered, until grits are tender and creamy.
