Nutty Graham Picnic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. (14 sq.) graham cracker crumbs
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. soft butter
1 c. orange juice
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Generously grease and flour 12-cup fluted tube pan or 10-inch tube pan.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients but nuts.
Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
Add nuts; bake in prepared pan for 45 to 50 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Cool upright 15 minutes.
Invert onto serving plate and cool completely.
