Alabama Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
1 c. self-rising meal
1 1/2 c. cream-style corn
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Crisco oil

Preparation

Mix all at once. Fold in corn last.
Pour into hot greased skillet. Bake at 450\u00b0 until brown.
