Quick Energy Pickups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. crunchy peanut butter
    1/2 c. powdered milk
    1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs or coconut
    3 Tbsp. water or orange juice
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Crush
    5
    to
    6
    graham crackers.
    Mix all ingredients, except crumbs,
    thoroughly
    in
    mixing bowl.
    Use Pam on hands and shape teaspoonfuls of the mixture into 1-inch balls.
    Roll the balls
    in graham
    cracker crumbs or coconut.
    Arrange the balls
    on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet and refrigerate about 15 minutes.
