Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. peeled, chopped apples
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat the first 4 ingredients together.
Dump in apples (I use Granny Smith apples; don't chop real small) and let mixture sit for 20 minutes.
Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl.
Pour apple mixture into flour mixture.
Blend with a spoon or spatula (will be thick!).
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
If using a Pyrex pan, bake at 325\u00b0.
If using a metal pan, bake at 350\u00b0. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
(Cake will go from a light brown to a darker brown when cooked.)
