Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. select oysters
    3/4 c. light cream
    3 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. oleo or butter, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Grease a baking dish, 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch.
    Arrange oysters (with liquor) in baking dish.
    Pour 1/2 of cream over oysters. Combine bread crumbs, butter and seasonings over ingredients. Liquid should come about 3/4 of way up on oysters.
    If desired, sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
