Zucchini Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. soft margarine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 whole eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 c. finely diced and peeled zucchini
1/2 c. sour milk (add 1/2 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar to regular milk and let stand 5 minutes)
2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. chocolate chips or butterscotch
