Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 lb. brisket
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 medium onion, chopped or sliced
1 (3-oz.) bottle liquid smoke
Preparation

Place brisket in large baking pan lined with foil.
Lay garlic and onions on top of brisket.
Combine soy sauce and liquid smoke.
Pour over brisket.
Seal foil and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Cook one hour at 400 degrees.
Reduce heat to 250 and continue cooking for 4 to 6 hours.
