* Beef Mushroom Loaf * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. dehydrated onion soup
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
    1/2 c. catsup
Preparation
    Pour milk over bread crumbs.
    Add ground beef, salt, pepper, soup, mushrooms and mushroom liquid, catsup and eggs.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pack in 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Makes 8 servings.
