Sweet And Sour Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sauerkraut, rinsed and squeezed
    1 small head cabbage, shredded
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. canned tomatoes, chopped
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute onion in 2 tablespoons bacon grease.
    Add kraut, cabbage, tomatoes, sugar and salt.
    Simmer 1 hour.
    Good with pork and small sausages.
