Smoked Turkey Artichoke Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayo
1/3 c. Italian dressing
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
3 c. smoked turkey breast, cubed
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1/3 c. each: Green pepper, yellow pepper and red pepper
Preparation

Mix together dressings and seasoning until well blended.
Stir in turkey, artichoke hearts and peppers. Chill. Serve on lettuce lined plates.
