Peach Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. fresh sliced peaches, sprinkled with lemon juice
Preparation
    Beat egg.
    Add sugar and nuts.
    Spread on greased foil-lined 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cool and crumble up. Combine pudding mix, milk and sour cream.
    Beat at low speed for 2 minutes.
    Fold in peaches.
    Alternate layers of pudding mixture and crumb mixture in 6 parfait glasses.
    Chill several hours before serving.
