Chicken With Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pieces chicken (may use pork chops)
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 oz. canned milk
    1/2 c. instant rice
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery with 1 tablespoon oleo.
    Brown meat in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Drain and set aside.
    Mix sauteed onion, soup, milk, rice, broccoli and seasoning.
    Spoon into greased casserole. Top with cheese.
    Top with chicken.
    Bake (uncovered) at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 4.
