Vegetable Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked
    1 pkg. frozen spinach (10 oz.)
    1 large jar spaghetti sauce
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese (solid)
    2 green peppers, chopped coarsely
    2 red peppers, chopped coarsely
    10 large mushrooms, chopped
    Parmesan cheese, grated (for topping)
Preparation
    Saute peppers and mushrooms until soft. Drain.
    Prepare frozen spinach. Drain thoroughly and mix with Ricotta cheese. Slice Mozzarella cheese into cracker size pieces.
    Spread thin layer of sauce in bottom of baking pan. Add noodles, sauce, spinach mixture, vegetables, slices of Mozzarella and more sauce. Repeat layers, ending with noodles and remaining sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until bubbly.
