Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, mix flour and shortening together.
    Add milk, a little at a time.
    Roll out on a floured countertop; cut into shapes.
    Place on an ungreased baking dish.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
