Fluffy Apple And Celery Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. finely diced celery
2 c. crushed pineapple
2 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. sugar
juice of 2 lemons
2 c. diced apples
1 c. small marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Preparation

Mix apples, celery, pineapple and marshmallows.
Add sugar to Cool Whip.
Fold in mayonnaise, lemon juice, vanilla and nutmeats. Fold in carefully to keep salad fluffy.
Serves 10.
