Lemon Cheese Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 lemons, grated and juiced
1 c. hot water
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 egg yolks

Preparation

Boil all ingredients except eggs until mixture bubbles. Then slowly add egg yolks. Beat until ready to spread.
