California Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    In large bowl, cream sugar, vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla together and beat well.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour batter into 3 well-greased 9-inch cake pans or 1 (9 x 13-inch) pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done.
