3 to 4 lb. meaty baby back pork rib racks
Honey, Tamari and Orange Marinade
Preparation

Place rib racks in a large glass baking dish.
Pour marinade over; refrigerate, covered, 24 to 48 hours. Turn ribs several times.
Remove ribs from marinade and place in one layer on rack of broiler pan, reserving marinade.
If ribs do not fit on broiler pan, bake in 2 batches.
Bake, uncovered, in preheated moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, basting several times.
Preheat grill. Grill rib racks, covered, over medium-high fire for 20 to 30 minutes, basting with reserved marinade and turning frequently to prevent burning.
Ribs should be glazed brown and tender.
Carve into individual ribs to serve.
