Mexican Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. or 2 c. red kidney beans, drained
    1/2 c. Catalina dressing
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    4 c. shredded lettuce
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1 (8 oz.) Cracker Barrel sharp cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown meat; add onion.
    Cook until tender.
    Stir in beans, Catalina dressing, water and chili powder.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
