Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. squash
1 medium onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small carton sour cream
1 grated carrot
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread mix
1/2 stick melted butter
Preparation

Cook squash and onion together and drain.
Mix together in mixer the soup, sour cream and carrot.
Add squash and beat again. Make crust out of cornbread mix and butter.
Put cornbread mix on top.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
