Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean chuck roast, cut up or lean stew meat
    8 small raw potatoes
    4 raw carrots
    2 raw onions
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    3/4 can water
Preparation
    Do not brown meat.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Cover and bake 4 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
    Carbohydrate 24 g, protein 23 g, fat 20 g, calories 368.
    One serving = 3 meat medium fat exchange, 1 bread starch exchange, 1 vegetable exchange, 1 fat exchange.
