Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. apples, peel and dice
1 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. nutmeg and/or cinnamon
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Preparation

Mix apples, sugar and nuts and let stand for 1 hour.
Stir occasionally so it makes a juice.
Mix remaining ingredients together.
Add to apple mixture.
Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 until done.
