Cranberry Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in natural juices
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) bag cranberries
    1 c. golden raisins
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    3/4 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Drain juice from pineapple and combine juice with the sugars, cranberries, raisins and spices.
    Cook 15 minutes or until boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 25 to 30 minutes or until cranberries are tender.
    Add the pineapple and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until chilled.
    (Each serving has about 338 calories, no cholesterol, 7 grams fat, 4 milligrams sodium.)
