Prune Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. mashed prunes (I use 2 jars baby prunes)
Preparation
    Combine sugar and oil.
    Add vanilla and eggs.
    Sift together flour, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, soda and salt.
    Alternate dry ingredients with buttermilk into batter.
    Add nuts and prunes. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
