Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    20 oz. frozen strawberries, drained (save liquid)
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except strawberries.
    Fold in strawberries and add enough strawberry juice (about 1/4 cup) to make good batter consistency.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour in a pound loaf pan or bake for 45 minutes in 4 small loaf pans.
