Ladyfingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    pinch of salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. sifted cake flour
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and salt until soft peaks form.
    Add sugar gradually, beating well after each addition.
    Beat until stiff and glossy.
    Beat egg yolks and vanilla until thick and lemon colored. Add to egg whites and fold in gently but quickly.
    Fold in flour.
