Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 small can tomato sauce or Chef Boyardee cheese and pizza sauce
    salt and pepper
    2 eggs
    cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Mix chuck, oregano, 1 small can tomato sauce, salt, pepper, eggs and crumbs.
    Flatten in an oblong shape.
    On top of meat loaf, put the 1 cup of Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, then roll up like a jelly roll, tuck or pinch edges together and press top seam closed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Take out and put 1 small can of tomato sauce and 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese on top.
    Cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
