Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1 c. corn oil
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    honey (optional)
Preparation
    In a small glass mixing bowl, combine egg yolks with salt and pepper.
    Add vinegar and beat.
    Add half of oil slowly while beating with mixer.
    Beat in lemon juice and remaining half of oil.
    Add mustard.
    Mixture thickens as you beat.
