Pear Butter (Preserves) - cooking recipe

cinnamon
pears
Preparation

Pare and chop pears.
Measure pear slices.
Add 1/2 cup sugar to 1 cup pear pulp.
Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon to 3 cups pulp.
Cook until tender.
Put into sterilized jars and seal.
