Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 large sweet potatoes
1 egg
5 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 to 2 c. sugar Frosted Flakes
Preparation

Peel, quarter and boil sweet potatoes until soft.
Drain liquid and mash, adding milk as needed.
Add the egg and brown sugar.
Pour into buttered casserole.
Crush sugared cereal. Sprinkle over top to cover evenly, enough for a good crust.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until set.
