Vegetable Casserole(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 small pkg. grated Velveeta cheese
1 tube pkg. Ritz crackers, broken
1/3 stick butter
Preparation

Cook frozen vegetables according to directions.
Cook celery and onion in 1/2 cup of water until tender.
Drain all vegetables well and cool.
Mix mayonnaise and cheese together.
Add vegetables and pour into greased casserole.
Top vegetables with crackers and dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
