Soups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. cold water
    2 lb. beef
    1 marrow bone
    1 large onion
    2 carrots, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 potato, cut
    2 celery stalks, cut
    fresh parsley
    2 bay leaves
    2 bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Simmer 2 hours.
    Skim fat off and strain.
    Can be frozen.
