Norwegian White Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. almonds
    1 large pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Brown the almonds and butter in oven for 15 minutes, turning. Melt the cream cheese.
    Add the powdered sugar and vanilla.
    Stir, then add hot almonds.
    Pour into pan; put in refrigerator until soft.
    Cut into squares when set.
