Crispy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken pieces
    1 c. cornflake crumbs
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Remove
    skin
    from chicken.
    Wash and pat dry.
    Combine cornflake
    crumbs,
    onion
    salt, paprika and garlic salt.
    Dip chicken pieces in milk, then coat with crumb mixture.
    Arrange chicken
    pieces
    in 2 quart utility dish with larger pieces at corners
    and
    small
    pieces toward center.
    Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over top.
    Cover loosely with heavy-duty plastic wrap.
    Cook
    covered
    on
    full
    power
    for 18 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
    I sprinkle with lemon pepper.
