Chicken Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1 c. Italian breadcrumbs
    2 to 4 Tbsp. butter
    14 oz. jar (can) pizza sauce
    6 slices Mozzarella cheese
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Beat egg, salt and pepper together. Dip chicken into egg and coat with breadcrumbs. Saute chicken in butter in skillet. Arrange chicken in slow cooker. Pour pizza sauce over chicken. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Layer Mozzarella cheese over top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cook an additional 15 minutes.
